  • “Working with Heather is like getting several coaches in one: a powerful health coach, an inspiring life coach, a really experienced leadership coach, a business coach. She IS the everything-coach. I have yet to bring something to our sessions that she isn’t able to help me field. It’s a little freakish, actually.”

  • “I wish everyone wrestling with how to be a good leader had someone like you in their lives—a safe place to take things apart, to complain, to learn, to explore, to grow. A safe place to look clearly at yourself—because there aren't many places that genuinely feel like that.”

  • "Heather has a gift of reflecting back and pulling out what I am actually saying, and it provides me with such clarity. I feel like the juices are flowing again and it feels SO GOOD! Our conversations have become some of my most favorite times."

  • “When I think about the money I haven’t spent because of working with Heather (identifying real solutions instead of wasting money on dead-ends) her support has paid for itself several times over.”

  • “Whenever I hear anyone say they’re looking for a coach, I send them to Heather. She never disappoints. People love working with her.”

Individual Coaching

At the heart of Fractally Whole, individual coaching is for capable, thoughtful people who sense that what comes next matters — but aren’t yet clear how to orient or proceed.

People often arrive when familiar strategies no longer fit, when multiple dimensions of life are in transition at once, or when clarity is present in pieces but not yet integrated. There’s frequently a readiness to move forward, paired with uncertainty about direction, timing, or next steps.

Our work together creates conditions where you can hear yourself more clearly, make sense of complexity, and take steps that are coherent, embodied, and genuinely your own.

This work is not prescriptive or formulaic. It’s responsive and discerning, alive to what’s actually unfolding — supporting real breakthroughs and forward movement without requiring you to push, perform certainty, or override your own knowing.

Most people work with me through ongoing conversations over time, allowing clarity and action to reinforce one another as life and work evolve.

What People Often Bring

People come from many different starting points, often with a shared sense that something meaningful is shifting — or asking to shift.

Common themes include:

  • professional or life transitions

  • complex decisions with real stakes

  • leadership or role changes

  • questions of direction, purpose, or alignment

  • health, vitality, or sustainability concerns

  • relational or organizational complexity

  • several of these unfolding at once

You don’t need to sort or simplify any of this in advance.
The work meets the whole of what you’re carrying — and supports clarity from there.

What To Look For In Coaching

Practicalities

Fees & Agreement

My work is offered on a sliding scale, designed to meet people where they are while honoring the depth, care, and discernment this work requires. We begin with an initial conversation, and from there shape an approach that fits the context, the moment, and the people involved.

The sliding-scale rate is typically $125–$250 per session.

Duration & Rhythm

The duration of our work together is informed by what you’re navigating. Many engagements unfold over three months to a year, with an average duration of around six months.

A rhythm of meeting twice per month often works well. In times of higher challenge or transition, sessions may shift to weekly; when there’s clarity and good traction, we may move to monthly. Over time, this often leads to a natural sense of completion.

Clients who have completed a round of work are always welcome to reconnect — for a one-time touch-in or for a new season of support as fresh transitions or challenges arise.

Leadership & Organizational Work

I work with founders, leaders, and organizations navigating complexity, growth, launch, or inflection points — particularly when it’s recognized that human dynamics, culture, systems, and structures are tightly interwoven and shaping one another.

This work may include:

  • leadership support during moments of challenge, transition, or scale

  • role, accountability, and governance clarification, including shifts toward self-organizing approaches

  • sense-making and strategy when complexity obscures next steps

  • accompaniment for leadership teams carrying real responsibility

What distinguishes this work is the integration it brings: developmental depth, systems awareness, and whole-person care — informed by years of building, stewarding, and course-correcting real initiatives serving human, environmental, and societal well-being from the inside.

Organizational engagements are shaped collaboratively, based on what’s most needed and what will genuinely support forward movement.

How to Begin

The first step is an initial conversation — a chance to listen together, clarify what’s moving in your life or work, and explore whether this way of working would be supportive. These conversations often lead to working together, and almost always bring clarity that’s useful in its own right. Either way, it’s a grounded place to start.

If you’re ready to move forward — even without having it all figured out — this work is designed to meet you there.

I’m committed to ongoing learning and self-reflection around identity, power, and difference, and to offering coaching that is respectful and supportive across lived experiences. I’m based in the Pacific Northwest and work in the Pacific Time Zone, and I’m accustomed to navigating time zone differences, including with clients in Europe.

  • Coaching sessions are primarily held via Zoom. This format offers a particular kind of focus and continuity, and supports a shared record of notes and reflections over time.

In some circumstances — depending on location, timing, and mutual interest — in-person sessions may be possible, such as meeting for a walk on a trail or a conversation in a quiet coffee shop. When these opportunities arise, I welcome them as a meaningful change of pace.

I’m based in the Pacific Northwest, just outside Seattle, and I hold considerations of access, sustainability, and care for our respective contexts when exploring in-person options.

  • Scheduling is designed to be flexible and responsive. We typically schedule the next session at the close of each conversation, and clients also have the option to book directly into my calendar at any time.

Most sessions are scheduled one week to one month in advance. This approach allows the work to adapt to changing needs and rhythms, while minimizing unnecessary rescheduling.

  • The next step is to schedule an initial conversation. This is a complimentary session where we’ll explore what’s moving in your life or work, and get a sense of whether working together would be supportive.

If it feels like a good fit, we’ll discuss next steps and I’ll share options for moving forward together.
