Hi, I’m Heather Johnson...

I’ve come to understand that real change in our lives is lived into being — discernment by discernment, step by step, action by action.

That understanding has been shaped over the past twenty-five years of founding, leading, and stewarding purpose-driven work in service to social, environmental, and human well-being.

Again and again, I’ve seen that meaningful movement doesn’t come from trying to force outcomes, but from attuning to context, listening for and responding to inner knowing, and from how we meet the challenges and surprises that arise along the way.

This learning informs how I work with others today: creating conditions where people can meet complexity without fragmenting themselves, reconnect with their aliveness and joy, and move forward with integrity and momentum that lasts.

Personally, I’m all about hiking, and all photos on this site (other than those of me) were taken on those hikes. I’m especially drawn to moments when sunlight breaks through the mist between the trees — that sense of emergence, of possibility revealing itself. It’s a feeling I recognize often in this work.

An Invitation

If you’re navigating a meaningful transition and feel ready to move forward, I’d be glad to explore whether this work is a fit.

I work best through an initial dialogue — a chance to listen together, clarify what’s moving in your life, and discern whether this way of working would be supportive.

These conversations often lead to working together, and they almost always bring clarity that’s useful in its own right.

Either way, it’s a grounded place to begin.
