Hi, I’m Heather Johnson
I bring decades of experience building, leading, and stewarding purpose-driven work — and I care deeply about creating conditions where clarity becomes alive: felt in the body, grounded in dignity, and able to move something forward that truly matters. I’ve spent years inside complex initiatives and turning points, working with people and collectives to transform challenges, transitions, and stuckness into momentum that actually moves.
I love long hikes — and delight in moments when sunlight breaks through mist between the trees. That sense of emergence, of possibility revealing itself, is one I recognize often in this work.

What Informs The Work
This work is informed by an integrated way of seeing people and systems — drawing from coaching, adult and inner development, systems thinking, organizational development, and whole-person health. These perspectives are woven together in service of what’s actually present, supporting clarity, momentum, and generative change.

Invitation
If what you’ve read here is landing with you, our next step is a conversation.
I work best through an initial dialogue — a chance to listen together, clarify what’s moving in your life or work, and see whether this kind of collaboration would be supportive. Sometimes that conversation leads to working together; sometimes it brings clarity that’s useful in its own right.
Either way, it’s a grounded, respectful place to begin.
If you’re navigating a meaningful transition and feel ready to move forward, I’d be glad to explore whether this work is a fit.
