Work With Me

If you’re navigating a meaningful transition — professional, personal, health-related, or all of the above — and feel ready to move forward, this work offers a grounded place to begin.

I work through an ongoing, collaborative relationship that supports clarity, momentum, and meaningful action. People often find that when they’re met as whole human beings — rather than problems to be solved — things begin to move more quickly and with greater integrity.

Individual Work

Individual work is for capable, thoughtful people who sense that what comes next matters, but aren’t yet clear how to orient or proceed.

People come when:

  • multiple dimensions of life are in motion at once

  • familiar strategies are no longer sufficient

  • clarity is present in pieces, but not yet integrated

  • they want movement that feels true, not forced

People come to this work from many different starting points, but often with a shared sense that something meaningful is shifting — or asking to shift.

What people often bring includes:

  • professional or life transitions

  • complex decisions with real stakes

  • leadership or role changes

  • questions of direction, purpose, or alignment

  • health, vitality, or sustainability concerns

  • relational or organizational complexity

  • the feeling that several of these are unfolding at once

You don’t need to sort or simplify any of this in advance. The work meets the whole of what you’re carrying and supports clarity from there.

Our work together creates conditions where you can hear yourself more clearly, make sense of complexity, and take steps that are coherent, embodied, and genuinely your own.

This is not prescriptive or formulaic. It’s responsive, discerning, and alive to what’s actually unfolding — often supporting real breakthroughs and forward movement without requiring you to push or perform certainty.

Most people work with me through ongoing conversations over a period of time, allowing clarity and action to reinforce one another as life and work evolve.

How Growth Happens

Growth in this work isn’t forced or formulaic. It tends to unfold through a combination of reflection, experimentation, and real-life movement — often catalyzed by moments of disruption or transition.

Together, we pay attention to what’s actually alive: what wants attention, what wants clarity, and what’s ready to move. By meeting complexity with coherence rather than urgency, people often find they’re able to move forward more quickly — with changes that are both meaningful and durable.

Practicalities

My work is offered on a sliding scale, meeting people where they are while honoring the depth, care, and discernment this work requires.

I don’t offer pre-set packages. We begin with a conversation, and from there shape an approach that fits the context, the moment, and the people involved.

How to Begin

The first step is an initial conversation — a chance to listen together, clarify what’s moving in your life or work, and see whether this way of working feels supportive.

Sometimes that conversation leads to working together. Sometimes it brings clarity that’s useful in its own right. Either way, it’s a grounded, respectful place to start.

Leadership & Organizational Work

I also work with founders, leaders, and organizations navigating complexity, growth, or inflection points — particularly for those who recognize organizational structure, human dynamics, systems and culture are tightly interwoven.

This work may include:

  • leadership support during moments of transition or scale

  • culture and role clarity during periods of change

  • sense-making and strategy when complexity obscures next steps

  • accompaniment for leadership teams carrying real stakes

What makes this work distinct is the integration it brings: developmental depth, systems awareness, and whole-person care — informed by years of building, stewarding, and course-correcting real initiatives from the inside.

Organizational engagements are shaped collaboratively, based on what’s most needed and what will genuinely support forward movement.

  • “I wish everyone wrestling with how to be a good leader had someone like you in their lives—a safe place to take things apart, to complain, to learn, to explore, to grow. A safe place to look clearly at yourself—because there aren't many places that genuinely feel like that.”

  • “Engaging Heather's support is like making a down payment on a more enriching life. Her dedication to providing financially accessible services is truly commendable. This affordability has enabled me to invest in my health and my personal growth without straining my financial resources—rather: improving them.”

  • “Working with Heather is like getting several coaches in one: a powerful health coach, an inspiring life coach, a really experienced leadership coach, a business coach. She IS the everything-coach. I have yet to bring something to our sessions that she isn’t able to help me field. It’s a little freakish, actually.”

  • "Heather has a gift of reflecting back and pulling out what I am actually saying, and it provides me with such clarity. I feel like the juices are flowing again and it feels SO GOOD! Our conversations have become some of my most favorite times."

  • “When I think about the money I haven’t spent because of working with Heather (identifying real solutions instead of wasting money on dead-ends) her support has paid for itself several times over.”

  • “Whenever I hear anyone say they’re looking for a coach, I just send them to Heather. She never disappoints. People love working with her.”

  • “A friend recommended I talk with Heather when I was feeling really stuck. The free call was great and got me going right away. Fast forward six months, and working with her has been life-changing. I am just so relieved and grateful.”
